We use the membership / online forms to collect the following name and date of birth, contact details (including those parents/guardians of WsMCC members), medical/specific requirements information, disability information, emergency contact details, along with video/photography and participation consent for WsMCC members. In addition for online membership sales, payments and processing your data will be shared with Stripe (our payment provider), Shopblocks (website provider) and Mailchimp (email newsletter provider). DATA REQUESTS

An individual has the right to access the personal data that WsMCC has collected that concerns them. All data MUST be provided to the individual within a reasonable time of a request. An individual has the right to restrict, erase or rectify it or to object to our processing it, and the right of data portability.
