Rob is a former first class cricketer, who represented Gloucestershire and Leicestershire during his playing career. Since retirement, he has coached other successful WEPL teams such as Bedminster CC and Clevedon CC.

Rob's primary role will be working with the senior and youth teams, organising coaching sessions and acting as head of the coaching team at the club.
