All playing members, parents and volunteers are invited to help get the club ready for the season on and off the field with some maintenance jobs.

We'd really like to get some great jobs done this year so if you can make every effort to attend and help that would be massively appreciated.

We've put a 9am meet to get teams of people cracking on with jobs, if we get a good number then bacon / veggie sausage butties & lunch will be provided too :-)

Job list is being drawn up but here's a list of ideas

Paint main ground site screens with paint sprayer
Get slats in the East Ground site screens
Get covers on the cover frames
Paint, tidy and make ready the scorebox
Paint the umpires room
Lay carpet tiles in the umpires room
Clean out & hoover changing rooms on both grounds
Put out the enclosure fence by club
Jet wash some hardstanding areas to clean up the surrounds
Jet wash East Ground showers
Put tables / benches out - potential spaying with wood preserver
Clear bonfire stuff into a skip
Adding ball stop netting to points around the ground
Fence repairs
Ground work like litter picking, cutting back some weeds, strimming etc
